Import/Export

The **Import/Export Tool** in Libromi allows you to easily move data in and out of the platform.

This tool is useful for tasks such as uploading customer lists, exporting reports, or transferring data for backup.

Import Data

Follow these steps to import your data into Libromi:

  1. Prepare Your File

    • Ensure your data is in the correct format (usually CSV or Excel).
    • Verify column names match the system requirements (e.g., Name, Phone Number, Email).
  2. Go to Import Tool

    • Navigate to Settings → Import/Export → Import.
  3. Upload File

    • Click Upload and select your prepared file.
    • Map the file columns to the system fields (e.g., CSV “Phone” → Libromi “Contact Number”).
  4. Validate & Confirm

    • Preview a sample of your data before final submission.
    • Fix any errors flagged during validation.
  5. Finish Import

    • Click Confirm.
    • A success message will appear once the import is complete.

Export Data

Export data from Libromi for analysis, reporting, or backup:

  1. Go to Export Tool

    • Navigate to Settings → Import/Export → Export.
  2. Select Data Type

    • Choose the type of data you want to export (e.g., Contacts, Conversations, Reports).
  3. Apply Filters (Optional)

    • Narrow down data by date range, status, or other filters.
  4. Download File

    • Click Export.
    • The system generates a CSV/Excel file for download.
